Other Points

  1. The coach picks up at Waterdale, near Ward Brothers. There is plenty of free parking there.
  2. Return time to Waterdale does vary but it is generally between 5pm and 6pm.
  3. We endeavour to provide toilet stops and refreshment stops along our walks
  4. The terrain during our walks is varied, it is usually on marked footpaths and lanes which can be undulating and could be muddy and slippery at times, consequently walking boots are essential.
  5. . We do advise that people committing to try our walks for the first time undertake the ‘B’ walk which is between 7 and 9 miles. Then you can assess whether the A or B walk is the most suitable walk for you. A walks are longer, between 10 and 12 miles and usually have more ascent.
  6. If you come along and really enjoy our walks and want to join please complete the application form on our website. We request that you join after undertaking 3 walks.

Hope this information is useful. Look forward to meeting you on one of our walks!
