When coming on one of our walks please ensure that you have sturdy walking boots or shoes but not trainers, waterproof clothing and some warm clothing, a fleece is a good idea. Remember that layers of clothing are better than bulky items of clothing and enough food and drinks for a full day out in the wilds.
